What is Softplay?Softplay is a type of children's play space that is made up of soft, foam structures and shapes, such as balls pits, climbing modules, and slides. These structures are meant to be safe and enjoyable for young children to climb on, crawl through, and play with. They are designed to be fun and engaging, while also providing a safe and controlled environment for kids to explore and play.

Do you only setup indoors?We can install your play area both indoors or outdoors, weather permitting. Indoors may be your living room, basement, garage, or event venue. Outdoor events must be on levelled, even ground and require a shaded area in the summer. A backup indoor location may be required in certain months.

How often and with what do you clean your soft play equipment?Our team thoroughly disinfects & sanitizes every play piece before and after each event. The equipment is thoroughly sanitized and disinfected after each use, utilizing a non-toxic, fragrance-free, residue-free cleaner, which kills 99.9% of harmful bacteria, viruses, mold, fungus, and germs.

What is your rain / bad weather policy?If your event is outdoors we will not setup in rainy or inclement weather (wind storms, snow, hail, floods etc). We will work with you leading up to your event and day of to find a solution. Should you need to reschedule, your payment will be applied towards a new date

How can I book?We accept inquiries via email , messages on Facebook, Instagram, you can also submit an inquiry via our Contact Us page or simply text us.

How many hours are included in rental?Rentals includes up to 4 hours of fun! Setup time is not included in the rental period to maximize play time. Need it longer than 4 hours? No problem, you can more hours for an additional fee, if available. Kindly note pricing is the same whether you rent for 1 hour or 4.

Do you require a deposit when booking an event? What payment methods do you accept?$150 security deposit is required to secure your requested date. Full balance is due 7 days prior to your event via PayPal invoice(credit, and debit cards accepted, you do not need a PayPal account).

Are you insured?Of course! Certificate of Insurance may be provided to your venue upon request.

Are deposits refundable?Yes. Deposits are refundable up to two weeks (fourteen calendar days) prior to your event. Cancellations less than 2 weeks prior to the event will result in the loss of your deposit.
